All boxing classes are led by Head Coach Paco Ocampo and his team of assisting coaches.
Paco is a certified USA Boxing coach with decades of experience in the sport. So whether you're a beginner learning to box, seeking a great workout, or training for championship glory, Paco will help you reach your full potential! His expertise and dedication ensure that every participant receives top-notch guidance and support. PRE-REQUISITE NOTES: First time attendees are encourages to bring their own hand wraps and boxing gloves but it's not required.

Boxing Essentials and Conditioning is a beginner-friendly class for ages 15 and up, designed to teach proper boxing fundamentals and provide a great workout. This class offers options to scale into more advanced classes as participants progress!
YOUTH BOXING PROGRAM
TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 6PM TO 7PM
Youth Boxing Classes are beginner-friendly sessions recommended for ages 5-12. These classes are designed to teach proper boxing fundamentals, promote confidence, build teamwork, and instill the important core values.
