CLASS NOTES
Exercise Variety: The class incorporates a range of exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, TRX suspension trainers, and more. Focus: While the primary focus is on strength training, the class also includes conditioning elements. Customization: Intensity and exercises can be modified to meet your specific needs and fitness levels. PREREQUISITE NOTES While we can adjust exercises and intensity to accommodate specific needs, this class may not be suitable if you require individualized attention beyond the pace of a group setting. |
REGISTRATION NOTES
Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts to ensure you're ready to begin with the group. Attire: Wear comfortable workout clothes as the gym can get warm. Hydration: We offer a water dispenser and bottled water for sale. Feel free to bring your own water bottle if you prefer. Storage: Limited cubbies are available for personal items.
