- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our sessions are sold in packages, with bigger discounts offered for purchasing more sessions upfront. There are no long-term contracts or membership fees, as sessions are by appointment only—offering you maximum flexibility and value. All packages include 24/7 membership access.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We begin with a complimentary session where you'll meet your trainer and get familiar with our facility. During this session, we’ll conduct a sit-down questionnaire and a movement assessment to understand your needs and create a tailored approach to help you reach your goals.
