​This event will include a full roster of powerful women from 12 to 60 years of age, all with different stories and backgrounds, aiming for the same goal: to be stronger than they were yesterday! 

Join us as we celebrate these women, giving them the moment in the spotlight they deserve. We have put a lot of effort into making this a positive lifetime experience, and we can't wait to share in this experience with you all!

Donations for the Connections for Abused Women and Children will be raised by selling carnations and then given to our athletes in support! 

Additionally, we will be hosting a special pop-up with over 15 women-owned local small businesses, our 2023 sponsors (Goals Not Dreams, Jessica Chamberlain, and Unbroken Rehab), and have food by Antojitos Miloko and My Mighty Meals! 

Professional production will be shot by A1 Digital, and lifters will have the chance to win championship belts and unique medals, one-time medals.

Special drop Heartbreakers tee from our 110% collaboration will be available while supplies last!

  • Lifting starts at 9 AMand will continue until approximately 3 PM!

  • Taco Truck and My Mighty Meals will be serving food in the afternoon for both tacos and healthy meals! 
Parking and Entrance

  • The entrance is in the front, and the entire back parking lot is available for parking.
​
  • Additional parking in the open field to the side of the building.
 
  • Please DO NOT PARK in the front lot, grass areas, or any neighboring buildings adjacent to our lot. You will be towed.
​
  • We highly recommend carpooling to reduce congestion in the parking lot.

For every $10 raised we will give away one carnation to be given out to the athletes the day of the event!
